These are some before and after photos of a two bedroom apartment I just painted.

This is just a before and after of a hall way in this apartment.

This is the kitchen of the apartment after I painted it. I don't have any before photos of the kitchen, but believe me it looks ten times better. The hinges and handles had been painted over. I came in and not only painted everything but cleaned the hinges and handles back up to make it POP. I think it came out awesome.

This is a Bathroom that I repaired. The floor was rotten all the way down to the framing under the toilet, and next to the tub. I had to take the floor up and replace it , and install new tile. I posted the photos a little backwards, but as you scroll down you will see from begining to end. I also painted, and fixed the plumbing in this bathroom.

These are photos of a ceiling a client wanted me to tear down and replace. The photos are not great, but if you look close you can see it is molding and drooping. These are before photos, as you scroll down you will see a finished ceiling and a new floor for this one bathroom that I restored.

I had to cut a section of the sub floor out and replace it.

These are photos of the same bathroom. The client also wanted me to replace the flooring. On this job I had to also take up some of the sub flooring around the tub, because it was rotten.
